Ryan J. Glass is an award-winning realtor and Vice President at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty. Consistently a top producer, Ryan was awarded Realtor Magazine's, 30 agents under 30. He was also featured in Boston Magazine's first ever top producer issue in 2019 with only a handful of other agents. He was recently featured in Boston Common Magazine's "Power Players" issue. 

Raised in Massachusetts in the south shore, Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a master’s degree in Public Policy. Prior to real estate, Ryan worked for the U.S. General Services Administration, the largest owner of public real estate. Ryan would market and sell surplus property for the federal government - including lighthouses for the US Coast Guard!

In 2015, Ryan left public service to pursue real estate full time! With over $125 million of real estate sold, Ryan prides himself on serving his clients with the utmost integrity.
