Ryan J. Glass is a lifelong Massachusetts resident who grew up in the small town of Holbrook. Glass grew up understanding the value of hard work and perseverance. That mindset propelled him into real estate at the early age of 20 in 2009. He often smiles when he recalls being too young to legally buy champagne for his fi rst clients’ closing gift. Today, Glass is a top-producing agent at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty and ranked in the top 1.5% of all 1.6 million real estate agents nationwide.
He has built a business that is defined by honesty, expertise and unwavering loyalty to his clients. Referrals from his clientele have propelled his success. Glass remains deeply connected to his hometown and sponsors an annual race. The race honors the memory of Sean Joyce, a student who tragically passed away. Glass and his team member Sam Eshner were the first recipients of the Sean Joyce Scholarship when they graduated from Holbrook High School.
Today, the foundation has awarded over $100,000 in scholarships. Supporting the program isn’t just about giving back; it’s about investing in kids who create their own opportunities.
As for Boston’s dynamic market, Glass remains bullish. “New industries are relocating here, bringing incredible talent–it’s no surprise our prices remain at record highs,” he notes. With countless transformative developments on the horizon, Glass envisions many parts of the city will be unrecognizable. “The way people talk about the Seaport today is how so many sections of Boston will be discussed in the future.”
